Prices and availability subject to change without notice. PLEASE READ OUR WARRANTY BEFORE ORDERING. All items are NOS (New Old Stock, never used except during testing) unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the tubes only! All tubes are NOS (New Old Stock) unless otherwise specified. All tubes are tested and guaranteed to function within specified limits for 30 days FROM INVOICE DATE (NOS rectifiers for 6 months). Be sure to try your new tubes when they arrive. Do not operate power tubes without having you amplifier's bias checked/adjusted. If you have questions about biasing, see one of the bias links on our website or take the amp to a qualified technician.

Experimental and kit amps

We DO NOT warranty our items for use in bringing up an experimental or kit amp for the first time. Be sure to test your amp with existing tubes before using ours.

Returns

Only defective tubes will be considered for return. We do not accept returns of tubes you bought for an amp that you later sold. Please don't ask. Please email a description of the problem, the amplifier you're using the tube in, and your 5 digit invoice number. We will send you an RMA number. Exchanges only, no refunds. You are responsible for shipping costs on returning items to us. We cover reshipping costs back to you.
Use appropriate packing materials (NOT a padded or unpadded envelope!) to return tubes. The original shipping carton/packing-materials will usually do fine. Any tubes returned which are inadequately packed will be discarded and NO credit will be issued. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and a note describing the problem and whether you would like credit or replacement. The RMA number must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package. Any package without an RMA number will not be accepted. Defective tubes must be returned within 30 days of purchase, NO exceptions. All tubes, boxes and tube packaging must be returned in original condition. Tubes/boxes not returned in original condition will not be accepted.

Ordering

$40 minimum for US orders excluding shipping please. There is a $100 minimum excluding shipping for international orders. Most efficient ordering method is by our online EStore. If you would prefer, call or fax with credit card information or send by email in multiple messages. Include billing and shipping addresses plus phone number(s). Also include the last 3 digits on the signature strip of your card. This is a security code which is required by credit card companies for processing. If the shipping address is a company, be sure to include the company name. Personal checks and postal money order (only 90 cents) also accepted. Personal checks AND money orders subject to clearing time. Fax/voice orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to 703-430-3645.

US Shipping Methods and Cost

We use US Postal Service Priority Mail for all U.S. orders. Delivery time is 3 days or less in the continental U.S.
Express shipping by USPS Express Mail (overnight delivery in most areas of the U.S.) is available. Rates start at $20. Federal Express shipping is available but costly. A $5 service charge will apply to all Federal Express orders.

Paypal Orders

Orders accepted from VERIFIED Paypal customers with CONFIRMED addresses only. All orders that don't meet these requirements will be refunded minus PayPal processing fees. Virginia residents must add 5% for state sales tax.
International customers must inquire about shipping rates and international transaction fee before sending payment by Paypal.

Canadian orders ($100 Minimum) are sent by USPS Express Mail which starts at $20. This usually eliminates inordinately long customs delays suffered by airmail packages.

International Orders ($100 minimum excluding shipping)

We are accepting international orders on a very limited basis. If there are problems with tubes in your order, we will accept returns for exchange/credit but WILL NOT PAY SHIPPING OR CUSTOMS FEES IN EITHER direction. All shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Express Mail Shipping will be used exclusively ($38 minimum most countries, $28 minimum to Canada).
All international orders must include the name, address and phone number of the issuing bank for your credit card. Due to past fraudulent credit card activity we reserve the right not to accept any international order. Please include your phone number as well.
A 5% processing fee will be added to all international orders to cover credit card or Paypal fees.

Due to high incidence of credit card fraud we will not accept credit card orders from these countries. Western Union www.westernunion.com money transfers are the only payment option.
