Tung Sol Reissue 12AX7 $15

Great vintage tone in a new production 12AX7. Excellent in Fender amps.

Not for use in "cathode follower" stages like V2 in Marshall "Plexi" type circuits, JCM800s, and '59 Fender Bassmans. Marshall DSLs and TSLs have cathode followers for the V3 socket. Some Mesa amps also have "cathode follower" circuits and these should not be used in those sockets. Known Mesas with this situation are Rectifiers and Stilettos. Please check to find out which socket is the "cathode follower" in your particular amp.

I received my preamp tubes for My Fender DRRI a couple weeks ago, and I've been meaning to let you know how great they sound, but I've been too busy enjoying my amp!!!

The combination of the Tung Sol's 12AX7 and The Mullard 4024 in the PI was just what this amp needed to warm it up and get rid of that brittleness.

I would also like to comment on your customer service and speed of delivery... it is TOP NOTCH! I've ordered parts from other vendors before, and I can easily say ordering from you was the most hassle free experience I've had!
