These were mislabeled by Philips/Sylvania as 5V4GAs. Some are labeled and boxed as RCA.
They have massive plates which are much larger than 5V4GAs and are identical in structure and test results to Sylvania (which was acquired by Philips) 5AR4/GZ34s. These offer a little more sag than Mullard GZ34s which may be desirable in some cases. Limited supply on hand. Here are a few of MANY reports of how these make a significant tonal improvement over the Sovtek 5AR4/GZ34s.
